We specialise in 1:1 personal training sessions for our clients and also cater for clients that want to get together with friends so that they can share the costs and achieve targets together. We are, therefore, happy to also run 1:2 sessions or even sessions for small groups up to around 5 people, dependant upon the individual goals being sought.
Personal training is obviously "personal" to you so whether it is outdoors, indoors, in a gym, in a pool or in your own home environment, you choose where you want it to be.
A variety of modern and effective equipment is available for home training including trampettes, fitballs, bosu, step, handweights, fitness bands & a workout bench with barbells. Training outdoors enables us to make the most of the natural environment through adapting it to achieve your goals.
Once you decide to become one of our clients, an initial consultation will take place. This is free of charge and takes place at a time and venue that suits you. This consultation will help us to help you by identifying what you want to achieve and the times and days you have available to work towards achieving your goals, whether you are completely new to the concept of personal training or you wish to enhance your current training programme.
